3rd Time’s A Charm

This past week, marks the 3rd time I’ve appeared on the TODAY Show.  This was a fantastic experience working with PMT Dance Studio to break the Guinness World Record for Largest Street Dance!

We brought together 253 people, and had to make a 5 minute hip hop dance.  One of the main stipulations was that it had to be continuous, without stopping, for 5 whole minutes.
The whole process took about a week of rehearsing in small groups. The dance (choreographed by Pavan Thimmaiah), was first taught to PMT’s faculty and company (myself included), who helped teach it to small groups over Labor Day weekend.
